Côte d’Azur Eau de Parfum

Love at first whiff! I remember smelling this perfume in a boutique, spritzing it on, leaving the boutique…smelling my wrist all day full of regret that I didn’t buy it. The scent is perfect & not a fragrance worn by everyone. I hate nothing more than to have a perfume that EVERYONE has! I ended up buying a travel size of Côte d’Azur and then was later gifted a huge bottle. I get more compliments on this perfume than any other in my collection. I will never be without it. It’s fresh, feminine, sexy & a little mysterious! Get a fragrance that defines YOU…in a bottle. Côte d’Azur is IT for me! Just add to cart…you’ll be glad you got it!

I’d read sooooo many reviews about this perfume and how disappointed they were because it didn’t smell like the products.... so I put off buying it for years. I decided to get the the little roller one just see what I thought; and here’s the thing- it does smell like the products! It doesn’t smell like their texture spray as much as it does their mousse. If that makes sense at all. I really liked it but I do see what other folks were saying. Oribe is such a yummy product line and the scent is paramount so you’d expect the perfume to be an exact mimic. It’s close but not quite. Still tho- I liked it and I consider myself a tough critic.

I have bought this scent in the prior packaging for a couple years. The packaging was very elegant and so was the scent. I reordered recently and received the perfume in the new packaging. Not nearly as elegant, but honestly, I really don’t care that much about the packaging if the scent is as amazing as Cote dAzur has been for me. Unfortunately, the new packaging is also a slightly different scent. A bit more grapefruit and less musk. It also does not last as long on me. It is still nice, I just miss the uniquely exotic depth of the old formula. Plus, since it does not last but a few hours, it is not a good all-day option for me.

Like the other two scents, I just adore this packaging. It’s different than most perfume bottles. It’s hard to describe the scent but it’s very subtle. It’s not too overpowering but is very fresh and light! Might be my new go to perfume for everyday use…will have to buy a bigger bottle!

I received these products for free from Influenster and Oribe in exchange for my honest review. Côte d'Azur: It smells like a bougie vacay! I could see myself wearing this on a vacay in Monaco on a yacht while enjoying the breeze! It gives luxury and beautiful fresh and soft scents. It smells like a combo of floral, powdery, and fresh, but Its not an overly girly scent- its actually more unisex. Its sexy, clean, and classy. I wear it day or night. If you like fresh scents like Aqua Di Gio, or Marc Jacobs' Daisy you'll love this. It lasted about 4 hours for me, but its a beautiful bottle that I'd be happy to pull out and spray again! You need this!

Cote d'Azur had a very nice, light mix of fruity-floral notes that I really enjoyed. It actually reminded me of Chanel's Chance eau tendre toilette (pink bottle) upon initial spray, but dry down it had more similarities to Marc Jacobs' Daisy. I wouldn't call this a dupe fragrance at all though; it stands very much on its own. A powdery scent that also had woodsy blooms and very pleasant. Didn't last incredibly long on my skin (3-4 hours tops) and was QUITE light, but I did like it. This would make a good hair fragrance I think, or if you just want a touch of scent. Biggest downside is the bottle; the cap is quite cheap feeling. But the sprayer is lovely!

I absolutely love this smell! The scents of the ocean are intoxicating to me. This was the first scent I tried from Oribe and I fell in love with Côte d’Azur. I like scents that are a bit more masculine or unisex and this one is definitely not a girly fragrance. The notes of bergamot, white jasmine and sandalwood are a beautiful composition of waves and the fresh breeze of the sea. I love smelling the scent of the ocean on my skin. It takes me back to my favorite beach vacation memories. I wear it from day to night, it’s so perfect. Would recommend this for anyone that loved Acqua di Gioia or loves fresh, vibrant scents.

The scent is spot on. I absolutely love it. The spray tip is really great as well. HOWEVER, this fragrance does not last. Other reviewers have mentioned it but I think it's worth repeating. If I could find another brand that smelled like this then I'd probably buy it. At this price point I assumed it would at least last for a few hours but I couldn't smell it at all after 2. I asked my husband as well (he's very sensitive to fragrances) and he couldn't either. Again, not a big deal if you're ok with spraying on more throughout the day but this is absolutely not going to last a long time. I actually bought the hand soap from my stylist and I think the scent from the soap lasts longer.
